Integral is the leading independent provider of building maintenance services in the UK; we work with over 1,600 clients in 40,000 locations across all industry sectors, to provide a comprehensive range of hard services tailored to meet your exact requirements. We directly employ over 1,500 mobile engineers with coverage of every single postcode throughout the UK.

Unrivalled nationwide self-delivery capability, with multi skilled engineers.

Where we see real opportunities is offering a ‘one stop shop’ for hard services engineering. Currently we have core clients who may still use different contractors when maintaining fire or security/access systems, for fixed wire or PAT testing, for fabric maintenance, or lighting etc. By directly employing engineers in-house who can deliver all of the above, and by bundling up tasks to reduce travel time, we can not only reduce our clients’ supply chain, but provide a cost-effective solution to both planned and reactive call-outs in a way that significantly reduces disruption to their own operations through less service visits.

All vehicles have tracking devices fitted which enable us to locate and direct the nearest skilled engineer to a breakdown and provide us with the ability to ensure we meet our clients’ response requirements and ensures our performance statistics are better than those of our competitors.

Our state-of-the-art National Call Centre closely manages our mobile engineering teams and provides valuable information on the status and scheduling of work orders. They are the single point of contact for our client representatives and provide regular updates on call activity. We can also provide remote access through a web portal for our clients to log on and track the status of calls.

24/7 multi-site service delivery is the core competence of Integral. We ensure that engineering resource is available to all clients we support at any time, 7 days a week.
