We work closely with our clients to determine their requirements, assessing each building’s usage and function to provide a bespoke maintenance plan. When we are on site, our highly trained building Fabric Technicians carry out their work with minimum disruption to business operations.

Planned maintenance work is scheduled to take place at a time that is convenient, and in the event of an emergency we have a 24 hour call out team on hand 365 days a year. This gives our clients peace of mind, knowing that no matter what time of day or night, a qualified engineer will be there to help.
