A key element of any client’s FM activities is assurance and evidence of statutory compliance. To this end all asset information is loaded into our business management and CAFM system with distinguishing codes for assets that have statutory or legal compliance requirements. This provides a central register of all compliance certification and due dates within a single database and a flagging system to alert contract staff of when items are due for inspection and maintenance.

Integral deem it part of our responsibility to keep our clients abreast of all relevant changes in legislation. Through affiliation to trade bodies, government literature and industry briefings we are continually keeping up-to-date on legislative changes.
