The Cardiff office of leading independent property maintenance specialist Integral has won the contract to provide services to the Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (RFCA) in Wales.

The RFCA of Wales is one of 13 UK statutory bodies which recruits, houses and administers the reserve forces of the Territorial Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army Cadets and Air Training Corps.

The four-year deal will see the fast-growing company provide comprehensive maintenance services, including mechanical and electrical services, to 196 sites in Wales.

The contract covers facilities and equipment maintenance services for things such as catering gear, garages, climbing walls and other training equipment.
Integral’s health and safety remit will include responsibility for things like bridge structural surveys and lifts.

Despite the tough economic climate Integral has continued with its successful growth plans and was recently named in the Sunday Times Top Track 250 index of mid-tier enterprises.

Bryan Glastonbury, Managing Director of Integral, said: “Wales is a very important growth area for us and I am delighted to be working with the RFCA which does such important work for our reserve forces.

“We are completely committed to providing the very best services to our customers but without ever compromising quality, which has led us to our current market-leading client-retention levels of 87 per cent.”
