Key Appointment As Integral Strenghtens Fire Division

Fast-growing national property maintenance specialist Integral has made a key new appointment in its fire division.

Helen Lerski, who brings 14 years’ experience in the sector, has joined the company as national account development manager targeting blue chip companies.
 
“This is a brand new role within Integral so I’m very excited by the prospect of taking the lead in growing the business,” said Helen, who joins the company from TVF where she worked as National Account Manager.

After secretarial college Helen joined a company called Briton Fire and, after working her way up to a business development role, has never looked back.

“It’s a very exciting and fast-moving industry to be involved in,” she explained, “new innovations in fire detection and alarm technology mean I have to keep myself right up to speed with what’s happening in the market, then look for ways to promote the Integral Fire Division services to new and existing clients.”

With so much experience behind her Helen has seen many changes in the fire detection and safety industry over the years.

“The biggest change is in the amount of safety regulations which have been brought in,” she explained. “Compliance with all this red tape can be a real headache for property owners and managers, which is where Integral can help and advise and, because we are completely independent, we offer unbiased expertise appropriate for the client’s needs.”

She added: “I’m delighted to have joined Integral which has a strong commitment to delivering genuine cost-savings to its clients, rather than trying to squeeze as much money out of them as possible, and it’s little wonder the company is so highly respected in the industry and has such a high client-retention rate of about 87 per cent.”

Integral Fire Division was recently awarded coveted BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) status.
