Deal underlines company's commitment to providing best practice and value for money
Integral UK has won a new contract with leading real estate specialists DTZ to provide maintenance services at commercial properties in the South West and Wales. The three-year deal will see Integral UK, one of Britain's most successful independent providers of comprehensive property maintenance and energy management services, provide full mechanical and electrical maintenance cover for five commercial property locations in Cardiff, Bristol and Clevedon.
Caroline Strudley, Integral UK's Business Development Manager for the South West and South Wales, said: "We are delighted to have won this contract, which sees us embark on a new relationship with DTZ, who are one of the biggest and most respected names in the commercial property sector.
"The contract, which started this month, is to provide full planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance services to five commercial properties for DTZ and we are really looking forward to building on this relationship and strengthening our ties with the company."
