Iain Macleod has been appointed National Operations Manager of Integral UK’s Fire Division, as it moves to become part of Integral’s one-stop shop for the UK’s national portfolio of property maintenance clients. Integral UK is one of Britain’s largest and fastest-growing providers of property maintenance, with a strategy of becoming a one-stop shop for all specialist services. Mr Macleod, who has worked in the industry for 14 years, said: “I am excited by the opportunities opening up as recent legislation is leading to significant change. Integral’s Fire Division is ideally-placed to help clients meet those challenges, with specialist expertise ranging from fire-extinguisher provision and maintenance to a full-scale site assessment and provision of comprehensive fire alarm, response, and training systems.
“We are already building services to Integral’s existing customer portfolio, alongside growing contact-wins among new clients”, said Mr McCleod. Mr Macleod, who joined Integral UK from EPS Fire and Security, added: “Our aim is to position Integral’s Fire Division as part of the company’s one-stop shop for all aspects of property management.
