Jones Lang LaSalle, the global financial and professional services firm specialising in real estate, has awarded Integral the responsibility for mechanical and electrical building services maintenance for its South East property portfolio. The contract further strengthens Integral’s position as the UK’s biggest and fastest growing provider of comprehensive maintenance services for commercial and public sector buildings. Regional Director Martin McCormack said: “We are delighted – Jones Lang LaSalle is a market-leading asset manager with a worldwide reputation. We were awarded the contract to maintain their London City portfolio of properties in 2008 – and it is especially pleasing to be given additional responsibility for such a prestigious and substantial portfolio in the South East.” Integral has allocated a dedicated management and operations team working to specific Jones Lang LaSalle specifications to look after the properties situated in an area stretching from the north of London to south of Birmingham and across to East Anglia.
