The Integral Build team were recently thrilled to hear that they have been shortlisted as finalists in the annual Bristol Property Awards in the Contractor of the Year category.

The awards were created to recognise property excellence and the Contractor of the Year category is designed to highlight the full set of skills contractors have in providing high quality services that help bring planned projects to life.

Integral’s Projects team offer full D&B for new builds, extensions, refurbishments and interior fit-outs on top of a well-established M&E contracting business that recently delivered the Bristol Nightingale Hospital. Our directly employed Small Works projects team completes the project lifecycle, delivering quality and value for our clients.

We have always taken great pride in being part of the local community, engaging in wider conversations about future investment in the Bristol area, supporting local businesses and sports teams, and even maintaining the Ashton Gate stadium.

Integral Head of Projects, Andy Demetriou said:

“We are delighted to be a Contractor of the Year finalist, alongside firms such as Wilmott Dixon and ISG. It is testament to the quality of our people, who pride themselves on delivering the highest possible standards of safety and quality, on-time and on-budget, regardless of project size and complexity.

We believe in building strong relationships too, and this gives a positive message around our commitment to building a sustainable brand that has the community at the heart of everything we are doing. We look forward to the awards in February and wish everyone one involved the best of luck.”

The 2020 Bristol Property Awards will be held virtually on 12th February 2021 as part of the Bristol Property Symposium. Find out more here. https://www.bristolpropertyawards.co.uk/
