Integral UK takes on HVAC at Yorkshire Water

Yorkshire Water Services has chosen Integral for planned and reactive heating, ventilation and airconditioning (HVAC) maintenance to 19 properties.

These include the regional operations centre,call centre and water treatment works for Yorkshire Water, which provides water and wastewater services to 4.7 million customers.

Starting this month, the contract also includes the maintenance of business critical uninterrupted power supply (UPS) equipment for Yorkshire Water’s IT systems.

Steve Johnson, regional operations manager for Integral in the Yorkshire and Humber region,said the contract will be “a collaborative partnership to deliver a professional maintenance service which meets all their needs and strategic objectives”.

Integral will be using a web-portal facility for their staff to view up-to-date job records,certificates and other key management information.

Integral UK provides mobile maintenance, fabric services, projects, communications, housing services, cleaning, energy management and controls, fire systems, security systems, interiors and refurbishments.

The company has 15 offices and “as a result, Integral’s fleet emissions are among the UK’s lowest, with most vehicles producing fewer than 140g/km”, Integral said. (February 2012)
 

Integral UK Opens North West Office

720 Birchwood Boulevard in Warrington, Integral's new regional office to cover it's North West Region.

Andy Nichol, Regional Director of the North West Region amalgamated both the Liverpool and Manchester offices into one, larger but much more efficient building.

Andy was drawn to Birchwood by its motorway network allowing immediate access to all parts of the region. 

All the staff are delighted with their newly refurbished (by Integral) office environment.
