"Many thanks for an excellent response to our problem last week with the heating main that corroded through. We only discovered the problem in mid afternoon on Thursday and by Friday afternoon INTEGRAL had mobilised material and labour to have the defective section removed and a new one fabricated and installed with the system recharged and functional. This main was the primary feed to our Old Glass complex of glasshouses and we have a number of science projects running that rely on the glasshouses being kept at 18 degrees, it is a feature of this site that a failure like this could ruin many months of a research scientists effort by loss of heat for just one night. "
