A member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, Bryan has over 35 years experience in the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Industry.
He has been involved from the business development stage through estimating, construction and finally the maintenance delivery of systems in all sectors of the Industry. Bryan joined Staveley Industries in 1986 as a Project Manager with Colston; a South West based contracting company. In 1987 he was appointed Managing Director of Colston and successfully operated the business unit until 1998 when he was given the task of merging Colston with its South East based sister division, MJN. MJN had been performing poorly for several years and Bryan successfully merged the two businesses, reducing overheads and brought the South East business back into profit.
In May 1999 he was appointed Managing Director of INTEGRAL UK, at which time the business was making significant losses. Bryan eliminated loss-making contracts and significantly improved the financial and commercial controls operating within the business. The business has gone from strength to strength and now boasts its 10th successful year of both Revenue and Operating Profit growth. In 2005 he led the management buyout of INTEGRAL from Staveley Industries. Bryan has an excellent track record in running profitable operations, merging companies and turn-around situations.
Paul has over 30 years experience within the Construction Industry. After qualifying he worked for various organisations, included a house builder, a construction company, consulting engineers and facility managers before joining INTEGRAL UK in 1997.
Paul holds an MBA from Bath University and is a Cost and Management Accountant. Paul was appointed Finance Director of INTEGRAL in 2003. Paul previously served as the Financial Controller and Regional Financial Controller for the business.
Paul’s primary responsibility has been working with operational management teams to maximise the performance of the organization along with ensuring accurate statutory financial reporting. As part of the restructuring Paul merged three regional accounts department into one centralised function and has been instrumental in the negotiations and integration of all business acquisitions with Bryan.
Joined the business in 1975 as an HVCA Apprentice. A competent and credible Director with a proven track record in Building Services Maintenance.
Mark ensures that agreed Profit Targets and Key Performance Indicators are exceeded and has an aptitude to promote and sustain positive successful working relationships with Clients, Suppliers, Trade Associations and Industrial Bodies.
Mark has over 21 years as a senior manager within INTEGRAL UK and over 28 years operational experience in the building services maintenance industry. Mark joined MJN in 1976 as an apprentice, a contracting company. In 1982 he joined a team of three people tasked with starting and developing a maintenance business within the South West.
As director he successfully grew the South West Region to become the largest and most profitable of the INTEGRAL UK regions. He then transferred to the Midlands region which was loss-making and turned it into profit. In 1999 he returned to the South West region and once again turned the region around from a loss making to a profit situation.
Mark was appointed Operations Director in 2005. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business through a team of Regional Directors that report to him.
Appointed in April 2006, Tony is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 24 years Corporate Finance experience.
Prior to founding Momentum Corporate Finance in January 2005, Tony was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Finance business for over seven years. Tony also has considerable experience in cross border deals, particularly those involving US-based parties. Tony offers support and advice to the senior management team on all aspects of INTEGRAL UK’s growth and sustainable development activities.
