Brief Details of Position
  • Manage the Site Managers/Supervisors & Cleaning staff within the designated Region
  • Liaise with Operations Manager, Support Managers & sub contractors to ensure service delivery and performance levels on all sites
  • Establish and monitor the operational service level to ensure contract KPI’s and SLA’s are achieved
  • Ensure that a consistent level of service delivery is provided across each site within the area.
  • Develop relationship between Integral & Client
  • Innovative management to meet changing business or operational circumstances
  • General support and advice on Contract issues.
  • Full understanding of Contract SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Completion of relevant staff documentation and time sheets/wages
  • Provide technical support & guidance, source suitable solutions on all operational issues
  • Conduct induction and training
  • Attendance of internal and external meetings as required
  • Quality Plan management
  • Analysis of any service failures
  • Data and record management
  • Overall performance management reviews
  • Internal audits of resource management, security vetting procedures, training, communication and adherence to cleaning programme
  • Innovation management
  • Management of action plans to implement any improvement initiatives
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Review of monthly call-outs and call priorities, identifying any trends and ensuring compliance with calls matrix
  • Ensure the Operations Manager is informed of all day to day issues
  • Maintain staffing levels at an effective level
  • Cleaning operatives are recruited and selected according to company policy and rules/client policy where applicable

  • Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures

Further Requirements
  • A DBS (Criminal record bureau) check will be carried out at the cost of Integral.
