Integral UK Ltd is the leading independently owned Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric property maintenance business in the UK, providing both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to over 1,600 clients in 60,000 locations.

With 17 offices our regional infrastructure allows us to maintain control of the business and ensure quality of service. Unlike many of our competitors we are national specialists in planned and responsive maintenance and all our services are based on `self-delivery`, which means that we employ only the best, fully qualified in-house technicians and engineers to maintain quality standards. With over 1,500 technicians and engineers, we operate one of the largest national mobile maintenance fleet located in every postcode area – enabling us to focus on first time fix and a quick and efficient response.

Our History

Originally formed in 1863 under the name Staveley Industries PLC, our business has always specialised in delivering complex Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Solutions. The rebranding to Integral UK in 1997, closely followed by a management buy out in 2005 has enabled Integral UK to focus on service quality and provide an enhanced portfolio of services to the building and engineering maintenance sector.

Today, we have built upon our service offering to provide a more bespoke service, creating a package of services which are right for you and your business.

Self-delivery

Over the past ten years we have expanded our service delivery capability in order to reduce our reliance on specialist sub-contractors. We now employ our own technically qualified, proactive, customer-focussed in-house technicians and engineers, which allows us to maintain control of the quality of service we provide. Which also means our clients benefit from: greater control, reduced costs, improved quality, integrated approach, increased responsibility, multi-skilling and ability to multi-task.
