Value for Money Without Compromise In August 2003 Integral took responsibility for the M&E contract with one of the UK's major High Street Banks. Since then we have seen a steady rise in KPI scores, reflecting increased customer satisfaction and within a year, new sites in Scotland, the North East and Yorkshire were added to the contract. However, these sites were in a very poor condition because of the previously low levels of service. Our team immediately began an improvement process, with new site log books and an accelerated programme of servicing. We revised the site management structure too, assigning responsibility to our local regional branches, applying procedures and systems to suit the client.
