Integral Technical Services (ITS) Division is your single point of delivery for the specialist services of Fire Prevention and Protection, Security Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS) and Data Cabling  - plus their full installation.

ITS has been created to offer clients a fully-integrated single-supplier service which delivers cost savings as well as reducing the time-consuming hassle of dealing with multiple companies at once.

Within ITS are the Integral Fire Prevention and Protection, Security Systems, BMS Controls and Data Cabling capabilities, all backed by the company's expert Project Management and Installation teams.

Each building project is different; ITS is designed so clients can select one or all of these services to meet their own specific business needs and Statutory Building Compliance Regulations. 

Co-ordination

All too often building sites will be the scene of waste and duplication when lots of sub-contractors work away in isolation on their separate projects, seemingly lacking any co-ordination or common purpose. ITS offers a fully-integrated solution to eliminate waste by taking full responsibility for a Design & Installation package, together with continuing maintenance services.

By offering our integrated solutions at a design stage the process of installing various high-tech systems can be done in a much simpler and economical way, by reducing property management costs without compromising quality.

Central to the Division is that it employs its own team of experts in Fire Prevention and Protection, Security Systems, BMS and Data Cabling Systems and also has its own directly employed installation teams.

For customers who need a mix of these specialist services we take the headache out of the process by appointing a dedicated Contract Management Team to control the Design, Installation and Commissioning, creating a holistic, cost-effective and co-ordinated service.

Maintenance

If required by the end user client, Integral will maintain the services through directly employed Integral Technicians who are familiar with the systems, negating any possible conflict between the installation and maintenance contractors.
