Integral can demonstrate industry-leading commitment to apprenticeships and training. The company has also adopted a policy of working with schools and colleges to encourage interest in property maintenance as a career choice and currently has over 90 staff undergoing apprenticeships or vocational training in maintenance related disciplines.
