In fact one Saturday, our MD received a call from a blue chip client which was having problems with its kitchen extract ducts - potentially forcing the closure of its national restaurant chain.

Our teams were mobilised around the country, co-ordinated by each Regional Director, and were all in place within four hours. At each site kitchen the ductwork was cleaned and certified, allowing the restaurants to open again as quickly as possible.
