Bryan Glastonbury, Managing Director

Bryan GlastonburyBryan, has over 30 years experience in the M&E building services market place. Bryan joined Staveley Industries in 1986 as Project Manager with Colston, a South West based contracting company. In 1987 he was appointed MD of Colston and successfully operated that business unit until 1998 when he was given the task of merging Colston with its South East based sister division, MJN.

MJN had been performing poorly for several years and Bryan successfully merged the two businesses, reducing overheads and bringing the South East business back into profit. In May 1999 he was appointed MD of Integral, at which time the business was making significant losses. Bryan eliminated loss-making contracts and significantly improved the financial and commercial controls operating within the business. After a period of consolidation, he has grown the business from £83m to £131m in three years and has returned it to profitability.

In July 2005 Bryan led an MBO from Staveley Industries and in April 2006 secured refinancing which allowed the venture capitalists to exit the business. Bryan is a Chartered Building Services Engineer.
