Fast Track in a ‘Live' Environment

As part of a national upgrade programme for all Ministry of Defence properties, Integral was asked to refurbish, at very short notice, a key building on a ‘live' military base.

All works had to be completed within the three months, with no allowance for ‘lead-in' time, due to the fast track nature of the programme.

To provide the solution, Integral integrated the specialist skills of various divisions - led by Integral Interiors, whose experience of short-timescale projects and in-house manufacturing facilities enabled work to commence within a fortnight and be completed inside the 12 week deadline.
