Our technicians follow established procedures to ensure that no part of the service function is overlooked. We inspect all aspects of the Building Management System (BMS) installation and, should any additional work be identified, a fully costed written estimate is submitted prior to works commencing.

Open System Integration:

With the emergence of "open systems", you are no longer tied to one vendor. On-Line Engineer:

Almost all of the BMS systems we install include a phone modem, allowing us to review onsite systems and provide technical support from our customer support bureau. We can offer scheduled monitoring or on-call packages as desired, in order to provide you with a first line of response to any problems that you may encounter - plus dispatching active response engineers for those problems that require site attendance.

Energy Management:

We can deliver the full turnkey package to help reduce and manage your energy consumption, including assistance with the new Energy Performance Certificates. Our specialist team will undertake a full energy performance survey of your property and advise on a range of feasible energy saving initiatives, included the business case for their implementation.

Our energy bureau builds upon good practice and provides clients with  regular and expectation energy reporting and web based performance information to ensure consumption does not increase.
