Service & Maintenance: We offer a choice of flexible service agreements that create a custom package to best suit the requirements of clients' facilities and budget. We have the combined controls expertise and programming excellence to produce an operating strategy that meets your needs effectively and efficiently. Our technicians are fully trained in the latest products and techniques. Our dedication to on-going training and development for engineers, located in every UK postcode area, ensures that you receive the highest level of support available, and results in quick response and resolution times. Our technicians follow established procedures to ensure that no part of the service function is overlooked. We inspect all aspects of the Building Management System (BMS) installation and, should any additional work be identified, a fully costed written estimate is submitted prior to works commencing. Open System Integration: With the emergence of "open systems", you are no longer tied to one vendor. Open systems architecture gives you increased flexibility to manage all the automated processes within your building, but also to reduce costs. Open protocol systems, designed and implemented correctly, allow us to utilise the best of breed products, with the freedom to select a control system manufacturer, based on performance and cost rather than historical association. Our knowledge of BMS product lines gives us an objective view when selecting and implementing solutions for our clients. We can design and install integrated solutions to provide a seamless system, tailored to your exact requirements, giving you access to your system from your desk, your home, or a remote location. On-Line Engineer: Almost all of the BMS systems we install include a phone modem, allowing us to review onsite systems and provide technical support from our customer support bureau. We can offer scheduled monitoring or on-call packages as desired, in order to provide you with a first line of response to any problems that you may encounter - plus dispatching active response engineers for those problems that require site attendance. Energy Management: We can deliver the full turnkey package to help reduce and manage your energy consumption, including assistance with the new Energy Performance Certificates. Our specialist team will undertake a full energy performance survey of your property and advise on a range of feasible energy saving initiatives, included the business case for their implementation. Our energy bureau builds upon good practice and provides clients with regular and expectation energy reporting and web based performance information to ensure consumption does not increase.
